Benchmade Chef Knife for the Hunter’s Kitchen

Camillus recently released its new M3 Dagger, a fixed-blade knife aimed at outdoor, utility and collection use.
The knife features a 4.6-inch blade made from black-coated 420 stainless steel paired with an injection-molded handle intended to provide a secure grip. Camillus said the design is suited for general cutting tasks encountered during hunting, camping and field use.

Meanwhile, Outdoor Edge announced the release of two new folding knives, the Razor VX7 and Razor VX8, both built around a 2.5-inch replaceable blade design.

Outdoor Edge Razor VX7
Both knives use Outdoor Edge’s RazorSafe blade and blade holder system, which allows users to change blades without sharpening. Common features include stainless steel liners, a ball bearing pivot system and a liner lock. The blade holder is made from titanium-coated stainless steel and the included blades are black oxide-coated 420 stainless steel.
Each model measures 6.2 inches in overall length and weighs 2.8 ounces.

Outdoor Edge Razor VX8
The Razor VX7 carries an MSRP of $39.99 and features vented stainless steel liners with hard anodized aluminum handle scales. The Razor VX8 is priced at $49.99 and uses vented stainless steel liners paired with sculpted G10 handle scales. Additional information is available at OutdoorEdge.com.
