The Barnett Explorer series was designed with the serious hunter in mind. Veteran outdoorsmen and beginners can now find a quality, reliable, and deadly-accurate crossbow at an affordable price. We broke down the must-know specifications of each new entry in the Barnett Explorer series line-up.
The Recruit XP comes with TriggerTech 3lb. zero creep frictionless release technology, CNC-machined aluminum flight track, and adjustable butt stock. The draw weight is reduced by half when cocking with the included rope cocking device. When coupled with the anti-dry fire (ADF) trigger system, these features make the Recruit XP one of the most adaptable crossbows on the market.
The XP 385 comes equipped with a 4 x 32mm multi-reticle scope and is available in Veil Cervidae pattern camouflage. Lightweight, scope included, at just seven pounds the XP 385 makes the perfect crossbow for the hunter who prefers to pack light and travel far.
The XP 405 comes in Barnett’s popular Veil Stoke camouflage pattern and is equipped with a 4 x 32mm 2-color illuminated scope for ultimate shot placement. Pre-installed string dampeners reduce sound and vibrations.
Barnett is known for their series of “firsts” in the archery industry. And with these new additions to their Explorer Series, they are continuing their tradition of quality, affordable, and high-tech crossbows. Find the bow best for you at www.Barnettcrossbows.com.
