Ameristep recently announced its new Frontline Wide-Bottom Extreme ground blind for the 2026 hunting season. The model features Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage and is designed to provide additional interior space for bowhunters and multi hunter setups.
The blind uses a wide bottom footprint intended to accommodate up to three hunters along with gear. It is constructed from 300 denier fabric and includes a waterproof roof for use in wet conditions. It also includes four silent sliding shooting windows equipped with one-way see-through mesh and hook-and-elastic connectors to allow multiple shooting angles. Interior features include a ShadowGuard coating designed to reduce silhouettes and mesh storage pockets for organizing equipment.
The blind is built around Ameristep’s Spider Hub frame system, which allows for setup and takedown in minutes. With turkey seasons opening soon across the country, the blind is ideal for achieving ultimate concealment in minutes and won’t spook turkeys (at least anymore than anything in the woods does!) It’s a great addition to a turkey hunt with children or knew hunters as it allows them more wiggle room to move without spooking incoming birds. It’s also ideal for those quiet mornings where a hunter might set decoys up in a regular strut zone and need to sit tight for awhile waiting for turkeys to show.
